This is a mini-research project in which you and a small team will analyze the operations of a real business in order to apply and demonstrate knowledge of key course concepts. For this project your team (no more than 4 students) will analyze the company’s operation along several specific dimensions that correlate with chapter material we cover throughout the semester, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose sensible recommendations based on your findings.
