MODULE 6 Overview
In this module, we will focus on finances, economic analysis of population needs, and the components for consideration to expand emergency and critical care services. Additional services are also explored in the recommended readings.
Specific mechanisms will be explored relative to cost analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-utility analysis, discounting, sensitivity analysis, and burden of disease analysis. Review each of these analyses in the textbook (BELOW) to familiarize yourself with the approach and indication for each.
