Key reason(s) for developing the IT Strategic Plan
Discuss the alignment with the four objectives of an IT strategic plan (see chapter 12)
Discuss the use of planning tools (see chapter 12)
Identify specific performance measures and/or key performance indicators (KPIs) included in each plan.
