Need a C program that uses OpenGL to create a scene of a town. Note that
this town needs a great understanding of C and OpenGL. You will be
asked to design buildings and to navigate first person through the town.
There will be implementation of lights, textures. Please do not bid on
the question if you have no experience with OpenGL or drawing using it,
as it will not be tolerated. Other than that, if you understand OpenGL
this should be an easy task. I will be asking for progress continuously
but I have added more time for convenience.
