This assignment focuses on discussing the successes and failures of a group project in order to learn from the experience.

You must provide a scholarly source and demonstrate critical thinking and effective written communication, including proper spelling, grammar, professional language, and APA formatting of references and in-text citations.
Last week, you submitted your group project – the Visual Communication Presentation (infographic). How successful was your group at accomplishing its task? What was your role in the task? In your response, consider the following:
• Did members provide or ask for information and opinions, initiate discussion, clarify, summarize, evaluate and energize?
• Did one or more members serve as encourager, harmonizer, compromiser, tension releaser, gatekeeper, standard monitor, observer, follower, and so on?
• Did members avoid disruptive behavior, follow the agenda, and adapt to group
development stages and group norms?
• Were members ready, willing, and able to deal with difficult behavior and overall group problems?
• Did one or more members model leadership behavior, motivate others, help manage group processes, make necessary decisions, and mentor others?
• Did you work to represent yourself responsibly and contribute meaningfully to the group?
• Connect the group activity to course content, specifically:
o Connect to group work theory
o Address strategies used by the group for solving disagreements or communication difficulties
